摘要
通过对汽车厂现状的调查分析,获得其生产工艺过程及生产特点,应用SLP法对其总体布局进行设计.首先分析其厂区物流系统,确定各作业单位之间的物流和非物流强度关系,从而确定各作业单位的综合相互关系,绘制作业单位位置相关图和面积相关图.然后通过进一步地修正和调整,得到3个可行的布置方案,采用分层加权因素法确定了厂区的最佳总平面布置方案.
The production process and production characteristics are obtained through invesugation and analysis of the present situation of auto plant systematic layout planning (SLP) is applied in the facility layout of Dongfeng automobile plant. Based on the analysis of material and non-material flow interrelation of the plant, the operation unit location correlation diagram and operation unit area correlation diagram are mapped out. Through further amendment and adjustment, three feasible layout plans are got. The best layout plan of the plant is obtained by using the weighted factor method.
