摘要
分析高等教育的改革需要,提出以行业需求为导向,改革人才培养模式。分析化工行业人才需求,结合中北大学化学工业与工艺专业的就业方向,确立人才培养目标,构建专业课程体系,搭建校企合作办学的实践教学平台。
The demand of higher education reformation was analyzed, reformed the mode of talents cultivation by requirement-directed in the trade was proposed. Analyzing the requirement of talents in chemical industry, combined with investigation data about obtain employment of Chemical Engineering and Technology Specialty in North University of China, the objectives of talents cultivation was established, the curriculum was built, and the platform for practical teaching by school-enterprise cooperation was constructed.
