日本血吸虫重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗免疫小鼠后IgG抗体反应的动态观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测日本血吸虫重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗免疫小鼠不同时间后的IgG抗体。方法:将106CFU疫苗采用皮下和静脉注射分别免疫BABL/C鼠,分别于免疫后0、4、8、10、14和16周各剖杀4只,收集血清,常规ELISA法检测IgG抗体,同时设PBS皮下注射对照组。结果:皮下注射组和静脉注射组IgG抗体水平都于免疫后4周显著增加,免疫后10周达最高水平,并持续在较高水平至免疫后16周。疫苗免疫后10周静脉注射组的抗体水平显著高于皮下注射组。结论:日本血吸虫重组BCG-Sj26GST疫苗静脉注射免疫效果优于皮下注射。 Objective: To examine IgG antibody after BALB/C mice were immunized by recombinant BCG-Sj26GST vaccine of schistosoma japonicum at different time. Methods:4 mice immunized subcutaneously and intravenously by 106 CFU vaccine respectively were killed to gather sera on 0、4、8、10、14 and 16w of immunization respectively. IgG antibody was detected by routine ELISA and PBS served as control. Results: IgG antibody increased remarkably on 4w, reached the highest level on 10w and lasted at a higher level in the end of 16w both in the subcutaneous and intravenous group; IgG antibody in the intravenous group was higher than that in the subcutaneous group on 10w of immunization. Conclusion: Intravenous injection is a better route than subcutaneous injection when recombinant BCG-Sj26GST vaccine of schistosoma japonicum is immunized.
