摘要
介绍445/65R22.5 20PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 153mm,断面宽454mm,行驶面宽度350mm,行驶面弧度高17mm,胎圈着合直径569.5mm,胎圈着合宽度356mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.008 6,采用3条纵向主花纹沟设计,花纹深度20mm,花纹周节数38,花纹饱和度77.61%。施工设计:胎体采用0.25+(6+12)×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求,胎圈耐久性能符合企业标准要求。
The design of 445/65R22.5 20PR truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 153 mm,cross-sectional width454 mm,width of running surface 350 mm,height of running surface 17 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 356 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 1. 008 6,3 longitudinal pattern grooves, pattern depth 20 mm, total number of pitches 38, and block/total ratio 77.61%. In the construction design, the following processes were taken:0.25+(6 + 12) ×0. 225HT steel cord for carcass ply,3+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1^# and 2^# belt ply,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3 ^# belt ply, 3 × 7× 0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply; using single stage building machine to build tires, and using B-type curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard, and the bead endurance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
