摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法以我院收治的100例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均进行控制血糖及清创处理,观察组使用负压封闭引流技术对创面进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果和创面愈合速度之间的差异。结果观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组,创面愈合速度大于对照组,其差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术在糖尿病足溃疡的治疗中能改善临床症状,促进创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Method 100 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were divided into the observation group and control group. The conventional treatment plan was used in the control group and the vacuum sealing drainage was additional used in the observation group. The clinical effect and the ulcer area were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the healing rate of ulcer area in the observation group was faster than that in the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, with better clinical effect.
