摘要
对药用植物内生菌的研究进行概述,指出人参内生菌的多样性、普遍性,并对人参内生菌的分离、次级代谢产物的鉴定检验、内生菌的抑菌能力以及生物防治进行类比分析,发现人参内生菌研究过程中存在的问题以及其主要的研究方向,同时指出未来研究发展的前景。
We reviewed the studies on endophytes of medicinal plant, and pointed out that the diversity and u-niversality of endophytes of ginseng, we found the issues existed in the study of ginseng endophytes, main directions of the studies and the prospect of further studies by comparing and analyzing the separation of ginseng endophytes, i-dentification of secondary metabolite, antibacterial ability and biological control.
