摘要
本文主要从医院内部管理的视角探讨平安医院建设的实施路径。提出通过加强现代管理工具的培训与应用力度等措施来提高医疗服务质量;通过改善就医体验等措施提高患者满意度;通过加强沟通能力与技巧的培训来逐步改善医务人员在社会舆论上处于弱势的现状等系列平安医院建设实施路径的思考与建议。
This paper has mainly discussed the pathway to the security hospital construction in the view of hospital management, put forward a series of consideration and suggestion of security hospital construction implement path such as to improve the quality of medical services by strengthen the training and application of modern management tools; to improve the satisfaction of patients by the improvement of the patient experiences; and gradually improve weak current situation in the media opinion by strengthen the communication ability and skills training.
