摘要
开发了跨平台的熔模铸造工艺工装CAD软件系统。该系统功能全面 :能进行零件结构工艺性分析 ,确定工艺参数 ,设计浇注系统 ,辅助设计压型 ,查询相关资料。为实现其跨平台性 ,软件系统采用JAVA语言进行程序设计。系统采用模块化结构 ,界面友好 ,使用、维护方便。
The application of CAD in investment casting is of vital significance to improve the efficiency and quality of production. The across platform CAD system for moulding tool and casting technology in investment casting was developed. This CAD system has the functions of performing the analysis of processability of part, selecting technological parameters, designing gating system, aiding die design, and inquiring relevant information. JAVA program language in the CAD software system was used to conduct program design to realize the across platform. The system has the advantages of modularization structure, friendly interface, and convenient operation and maintenance.
