摘要
采用微波消解前处理,全反射X射线荧光分析法(TXRF)同时测定不同产地竹叶中16种矿物元素。用该方法对花粉标准物质进行了测定,并计算得到了TXRF测定这16种矿物元素的仪器检出限(LLD)范围为:0.001mg/L(As、Se)~0.043mg/L(K),方法检出限(LDM)范围为:0.003rag/kg(As、Se)~0.143mg/kg(K),方法的回收率在90.0%~108.0%。该方法操作简单、样品需用量少、检出限低,可适用于竹叶中多种矿物元素的快速、同时测定。竹叶中富含多种常量、微量矿物元素。
After microwave digestion, 16 mineral elements in GBW10026 in bamboo leaves from different regions were simultaneously determined by TXRF. The lower limit of detection (LLD) and the limit of determination (LDM) of different element were calculated to be 0. 001 - 0. 043 mg/L and 0. 003 - 0. 143 mg/kg respectively. Values of recovery of the method were in the range of 90.0% - 108.0%. This method possesses the merits of simple manipulation, less sample consumption and low detection limit. The TXRF method was applied in the determination of 16 mineral elements in bamboo leaves. The major and trace elements are relative abundant in the bamboo leaves.
