摘要
在稻草和麸皮固体培养基上对木霉、康宁木霉、绿色木霉、黑曲霉、宇佐美曲霉纤维素酶产酶条件进行了研究 ,分析了培养基组成、含水量、氮源、培养时间对酶活性的影响 。
The optimal conditions for producing cellulase from five different fungi, namely, Trichoderma, Trichoderma koningii, Trichoderma viride, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus usamii were studied. The effects of compositions of medium, moisture content, nitrogen sources and cultivation time on cellulase activity were analysed. The pH stability and optimal temperature for enzyme action were primarily studied.
