摘要慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病,严重影响患者的生命质量,病死率较高,并给患者及其家庭以及社会带来沉重的经济负担[1].中国疾病预防与控制中心、美国华盛顿大学健康指标和评估研究所（IHME）等机构联合剖析中国近20年内疾病谱的变化,提示COPD与卒中、缺血性心脏病共同成为2010年导致中国人死亡的重要原因[2].COPD也是全球健康性问题,备受关注与重视.早在1998年,美国国立心肺和血液研究所、美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）和世界卫生组织（WHO）联合发起成立慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议（Global Initiative forChronic Obstructive Lung Disease,GOLD）.
