摘要
为了减小某FSAE赛车转向时转向轮的磨损,在ADAMS软件中,建立了该赛车前悬架和转向系统的模型,并进行了前轮同向跳动仿真和向右转向仿真。借助于ADAMS/INSIGHT软件,通过选取两组不同权重系数,对转向梯形的断开点位置进行了多目标优化设计,再次进行双轮同向跳动仿真和转向仿真。仿真结果表明,优化后的车轮前束角变化量减小,转向特性曲线更加接近理想转向特性曲线。
In order to reduce a FSAE racing car's front wheels wear while turning,the car's front suspension and steering system models are established in ADAMS in this paper. The simulations have been done by using parallel wheel travel analysis and right turn analysis. The multi-objective optimal design was done for FSAE racing ear's splitting point of steering linkage by selecting two different sets of weighting coefficients in ADAMS/INSIGHT. The simulations have been done again. The results show that the toe angle changes of front wheels are reduced significantly. And the steering characteristic curve is approaching to the ideal Ackerman steering characteristic curve after optimization.
