摘要
贵州山区社区自然资源管理中运用社会性别分析的方法 ,在一定程度上提高了项目在试验区干预措施的有效性和公平性 ,但要挑战数千年来形成的主流传统文化的价值观 ,达到持续、公平的经济发展目标 ,仍须长时间的策略干预 ,即满足弱势妇女群体的实际需求、培养能力 。
Gender analysis had been adopted in the project of “Community based Natural Resource Management in the Mountainous Area of Guizhou Province, China”, which was of help to enhance the effectiveness and equity of the project interventions to a certain degree. While, it is imperative to take long term and strategic interventions to challenge the traditional mainstream value nurtured for thousands years in order to achieve the sustainable and equitable economic development goal. That is to meet the practical needs of marginalized female group, to bring up their capability, to have them organized so as to enable them to achieve the strategic goal of being in the mainstream of development.
