摘要
我国大学教师发展与评价多采用奖惩性模式,最大弊端是发展与评价结果直接与教师的外在利益挂钩,很少与教师的内在素质提升相联系,没有很好地调动起教师的积极性和创造性。事实上,大学教师作为一个具有较高主体意识和社会威望的群体,对其发展与评价的目的,绝不仅仅是外在的约束与规范,更不是居高临下的控制和干预,而是尊重教师的主体性,引导、激发教师自主发展,不断提升其内在素质,实现自我价值。鉴于此,大学教师发展与评价模式,应该逐步由注重外在利益的奖惩性向注重内在素质的发展性转变。
The university teachers development and appraisement of our country adopt the pattern of rewards and punishments, the biggest abuse is to develop and appraise results to directly get in touch with the external benefit of teachers, it is very few to connect with teachers' inner quality promotion appearance, do not arouse creativity and the enthusiasm of teachers well. In fact, a university teacher group who have higher main consciousness and social prestige are absolutely not only external restraint and standard as it develops the purpose with appraisement, are not that what house face high control more and intervene and are the mainness of respecting teacher, guide to arouse teacher autonomous development, promote inner quality continuously, realize self value. In view of this, university teacher development and appraisement pattern, should step by step from the rewards and punishments of emphasizing external benefit to emphasize inner quality development change.
