浅析卫生学校外科护理教学中学生操作技能的培养 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨"外科护理学"实验教学方法,促进外科护理教学改革。方法:将2008级100名学生分成试验组和对照组。试验组在实验教学中运用多媒体、角色互换、强化动手能力、转变考核方式等各种创新的教学方法,对照组采用传统的教学方法。结果:试验组理论考试成绩、实验操作成绩、临床带教老师的满意度等均有显著提高。结论:"外科护理学"实验教学通过转变实验教学观念、创新教学方法、改善实验条件及改进考核方式等手段来提高学生在牢固掌握理论知识基础上的操作技能,能培养出理论与操作双优、适应护理需求的社会应用型人才。 Objective:The aim is to explore the experiment teach-ing methods of"Surgical Nursing"and promote the teaching re-form of surgical nursing. Methods: 100 students of Grade 2008 are divided into the experimental group and the control group. For the experiment teaching of the former, various innovative teaching methods are used such as multimedia, role exchange, the enhancing of hands-on ability and the change of assessment methods, while the traditional teaching method is used for that of the latter. Results:The examination performance, experiment op-eration performance and clinical guidance teachers' satisfaction in the experimental group are obviously improved. Conclusions:In the experiment teaching of"Surgical Nursing", to improve stu-dents' operation skills based on a firm mastery of theoretical knowledge through the transformation of experiment teaching ideas, the innovation of teaching methods, the improvement of experiment conditions and the improvement of assessment meth-ods, can cultivate applied talents with a skilled mastery of both theories and operation who can meet the nursing requirements of the society.
