摘要
目的探讨青鹏膏外用配合推拿手法治疗对膝关节骨关节炎临床效果的影响。方法采用随机对照研究的方法,选择膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例,随机分为3组,每组30例,其中膏药组采用单纯青鹏膏外用治疗,推拿组采用推拿手法治疗,治疗组采用青鹏膏外用配合推拿手法治疗。治疗完毕后比较3组之间的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于膏药组和推拿组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论青鹏膏外用配合推拿手法治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果显著,并可减少炎性反应,改善关节功能。
Objective Observe Qingpeng Cream on knee osteoarthritis patients with massage therapy. Methods 90 cases knee osteo- arthritis patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. Qingpeng group was only used Qingpeng Cream, Massage group was only gotten mas- sage thrapied, and Therapy group was given both . Comparison of clinical efficacy between the three groups after treatment. Results The Therapy group＇ s total effective rate was much better than the others （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Effect of Qingpeng cream on knee osteoarthritis patients with massage therapy is remarkable, it can reduce inflammatory reaction and improve joint function.
