摘要
隐私权的保护问题一直是学界关注的焦点。在保护隐私权的同时如何兼顾其他合法权益,以实现权益平衡,是本文探讨的一个主要问题。文章拟从权利主体的角度以及隐私权与言论自由的关系方面,分析对隐私权的限制问题,提出对隐私权保护的界限以供参考。
the issue of protecting the right of privacy has been a hot academic topic. The focus is how to protect privacy and balance other legal rights. It attempts to analyze the restric- tions on the fight of privacy from the perspective of the subject of right and meanwhile concern the relation between privacy right and freedom of speech. It hopes to provide a reference for de- limitating privacy protection.
