摘要
我国职教集团在共享信息、共享资源、共建专业、共同研发、共育人才、共担就业等方面取得了一定成绩,但存在着法人身份缺失、组织形式松散、行政干预过多、服务能力不强、利益共享不够、运行机制缺位等问题,需要通过加强宏观调控、多层保障机制、提升服务能力等措施加快推进。
Vocational education groups in China have made great achievements in sharing information, sharing resources, co-constructing specialties, co-conducting research and development, co-cultivating talents and co- operating employment. However, there still exist some problems such as void legal person status, loose organization, excessive administrative intervention, weak service ability, insufficient beneficial sharing and absence of operating mechanisms. To accelerating group running of vocational education, it is essential to take some measures of strengthening macro-control and multi-layer safeguard mechanisms and enhancing service capability.
