摘要
回眸百年学报发展历程 ,积累下来的主要经验有 :学术性是高校学报生存和发展的根本所在 ;高校学报应积极反映现实问题 ;高校学报是培养新生学术力量的重要园地 ;个性和特色是学报尤其是普通高校学报赖以产生影响的重要因素。在新世纪 ,应该思考学报百年发展所没有解决的问题 ,以使中国的高校学报在新的世纪中能够成熟起来。其标志是 :第一 ,创办一批世界一流的高校学报 ;第二 ,在淘汰制基础上 ,优化学报结构 ;第三 ,高校学报要国际化与规范化 ;第四 。
Looking back the development of journals, we accumulate many experiences in such aspects: Academy is a key factor for journals' development; Those practical problems should be actively reflected in the journals; The journals should be an important field for new academic talents; Individuality and distinguishing features are the most important factors that determine whether the journals can exert an influence or not. In the new century, those unsolved problems in the past century should be given a serious consideration so that the journals can be developed maturely. The marks of maturity are as follows: firstly, a quite lot of first class journals with high quality have been well developed; secondly, the structures of journals should be improved on a elimination though competition basis; thirdly, the journals should be internationalized and standardized and the last, the styles and forms of journals should be various.
