摘要
豆制品废水中蛋白质含量高,且具有高CODcr、高BOD5、高氨氮等,如不及时、有效地处理会严重污染地方环境。介绍了常用的蛋白质沉淀分离方法,对其原理、沉淀剂及特点做了归纳和分析,并提出了其关键技术要点。
In soybean wastewater the contents of protein, CODcr, BOD5 and NH3-N is higher. If the treatment of the wastewater is not timely and effectively, the local environment will be polluted seriously. This paper introduces some conventional methods for the precipitation and separation of protein, sums up and analyzes its principles, precipitants and characteristics, and puts forward its key technical points.
