摘要
本文介绍了广东国际大厦63层主楼泵送混凝土施工中掺用DP_(440)减水剂、微珠飘灰以增大泵送混凝土坍落度,改善流动性、保水性,增强粘聚性和降低压力泌水,以提高混凝土可泵性的试验研究,从而顺利地达到了一次泵送标高200m(布料杆水平管标高201.5m),相应的混凝土强度达到国家C60级强度等级。
This paper introduces the trial research of concrete pumpability during pumping concrete construc-tion in Guangdong international building of 63 storeys. Using DP_(440) water reducer and flyashmicrobeads, the slump of pumping concrete is increased; the mobility, absorbtion of water and cohe-sion are improved; and the compressive bleeding is reduced. As a result, the pumping concrete can bedelivered to 200 meters high at a time successfully (the level of horizontal pipe of distribution boom is201.5 meters)and the concrete strength reachs the national criterion of C60 grade.
