后路单钉棒系统治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的生物力学及临床效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨单钉棒系统治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的生物力学及临床效果。方法选取10具经甲醛溶液浸泡的成年尸体骨盆标本,其中,男性5具,女性5具,将其随机平均分为后路单钉棒固定组和骶髂螺钉固定组,进行生物力学实验,收集相关数据;选取骶髂关节骨折脱位患者50例,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别进行后路单钉棒固定和骶髂螺钉固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果在相同的压力值下,骶髂螺钉固定组的位移明显大于后路单钉棒固定组(P<0.05);实验组骶髂关节复位的优良率为92%,明显高于对照组的68%(P<0.05)。结论与骶髂螺钉比较,后路单钉棒系统治疗骶髂关节脱位的优势比较独特,固定效果较好,骨盆的稳定性较好,临床疗效满意。 Objective To investigate the biomechanics study and clinical effects of posterior single screw rod system in the treatment of sacroiliac joint fracture dislocation. P〈0.05. Methods 10 pelvis specimens of adult cadavers were soaked by formaldehyde solution,with 5 males and 5 females,and they were randomly divided into posterior single screw rod fixation group and sacroiliac screw fixation group,then the biomechanics experiment was taken,and the relevant data was collected;50 patients with sacroiliac joint fracture dislocation were selected and were randomly divided into the ex- perimental group and control group respectively,and they were given with the posterior single screw rod fixation and sacroiliac screw fixation respectively,the treatment effect was compared. Results Under the same pressure,the displace- ment of sacroiliac screw fixation group was significantly higher than that of posterior single screw rod fixation group (P〈0.05);the excellent and good rate of sacroiliac joint restoration in the experimental group was 92%,which was sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group (68%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the sacroiliac screw fixation,posterior single screw rod system has a unique advantage in the treatment of dislocation of sacroiliac joint,the fixed effect is better, the stability of pelvis is good,and the clinical curative effect is satisfactory.
