摘要
目的探讨局部麻醉下行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010g4月至2013年4月，云南省第三人民医院收治腹股沟疝患者80例，均于局部麻醉下行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补手术。观察其手术时间、出血量及术后并发症情况。结果本组80例患者手术均顺利完成，手术时间45～65min，平均（55±5）min。术中出血10～25ml，平均（12±3）ml。住院时间2～5d，平均（24±1）d。术后发生血清肿5例，阴囊血肿7例，异物感6例。术后未出现尿潴留、慢性疼痛、补片感染和切口感染。术后随访3～12个月，无复发。结论局部麻醉下行腹膜前间隙腹股沟疝无张力修补术安全可靠，创伤小，费用低，复发率低，学习曲线短，适宜在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of local anesthesia in preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair. Methods A total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia were enrolled and treated with preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair under local anesthesia in the Third People＇s Hospital of Yunnan Province from April 2010 to April 2013. The operation time, amount of bleeding and postoperative complications were observed. Results All the patients had successful operation. The operation time was 45 to 65 minutes with a mean of （55 ±5） minutes. Intraoperative hemorrhage was 10 to 25 ml with a mean of （ 12±3） ml. Hospitalization stay lasted 2 to 5 days with a mean of （2 ± 1 ） days. Seroma was observed in 5 cases, scrotal hematoma in 7 eases, and foreign body sensation in 6 cases after operation. There was no postoperative urinary retention, chronic pain, patch or infection. The patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months without any recurrence. Conclusions Preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair is safe and reliable with small trauma, low cost, low recurrence rate, and short learning curve.
