摘要
在高等教育大众化的背景下,人才的结构性矛盾显得非常突出。为更好地选拔人才,精准面试的方法被很多企业所选用。通过对精准面试的了解和探索,积极培养学生的职业保障力、职业驱动力和职业执行力有助于学生职业能力的提升。
In the background of higher education popularization, the structural contradiction of talents is very prominent. For a better selection of talents, the accurate interview method is cho-sen by many companies. Through an understanding and explo-ration on accurate interview, to actively cultivate students' secu-rity force, occupational driving force and occupational execution helps to improve students' occupational ability.
