摘要
人类已进入信息时代 ,以英特网为代表的信息高速公路给人类社会带来了深刻的变革 ,英特网作为一种全新的教育工具具有巨大的潜力 ,传统的被动灌输学习已不能满足时代的要求 ,自我调控学习将逐步取代被动灌输学习成为网络信息时代的主导学习方式。自我调控学习给教师和学生提出了新的要求 。
Man has been coming into the Information Age. Information highway symbolible by Internet has brought about profound changes into human society. The Internet, a brand new educational medium, is of great potential. No longer meeting the requirements of our times, the traditional passive learning will gradually be replaced by the self regulatory active learning which is to become the dominant learning pattern in the information age. As this pattern places new demands on teachers and students, they should get fully prepared for the challenge.
