经右桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影连同肾动脉造影的体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经右桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影连同。肾动脉造影的可行性。方法:2009年01月-2013年1月,我院行经右桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影连同。肾动脉造影52(男31,女21)例,年龄35~79(59±10)岁,身高149~172(1584-7)cm,所有患者左、右手均为Allen试验阳性,右桡动脉穿刺成功后,先行冠状动脉造影,之后换用长度117cm的5FMPAl造影导管行肾动脉造影检查,收集患者造影成功率、造影操作时间、X线曝光量、所用造影剂剂量、止血时间及并发症等情况。结果:冠状动脉造影成功率达100%,经右桡动脉行。肾动脉造影成功率达96%,无严重并发症,止血时间短,术后患者即刻可下床活动。结论:经右桡动脉途径行冠状动脉造影连同肾动脉造影是安全可行的,值得临床选择性应用。 AIM: To explore the feasibility of right radial artery approach for coronary angiography and renal arteriography. METHODS: Right radial artery approach was applied for coronary angiography and renal arteriography in 52 cases (31 males and 21 females, aged 35 -79(59 ± 10) years, height 149 - 172 (158 ± 7 ) cm in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013. Allen test was positive in both left and right hands in all the patients. After successful puncture of the right radial artery, coronary angiogra- phy was first performed, followed by renal artery angiography using a 5F MPA1 catheter ( length 117 cm). The success rate, operation time, X-ray exposure time, the dose of contrast agent used, bleeding time and complications were examined. RESULTS : The success rate of coronary angiography was 100% and the success rate of renal artery angiography was 96%. No serious complications occurred, the bleed- ing time was short and the patients could get out of bed immediately after operation. CONCLUSION: Right radial artery approach for coronary angiography and renal arteriography is safe, feasible and worthy of clinical application.
