摘要
作为外资企业的集中地的东南沿海,外资企业将本国的管理理念、企业文化带到东道国与当地企业和员工结合形成了特有的嵌入型劳资关系。本文将形成因素、生产与分配、冲突与合作、正式制度与非正式制度作为研究嵌入型劳资关系的四个分析维度,并根据这个四个维度对嵌入型劳资关系进行探讨。
As the foreign capital enterprises concentrated in the southeast coastal, foreign-invested enterprises brought their country's management philosophy, enterprise culture there and combined them with the local businesses and employees . then formed the embedded type of labor relations.This article will put the form factors, conflict and cooperation, the pro- duction and distribution, formal system and informal system as the four analysis dimensions of the research embedded type of labor relations, and the author will discuss on the embedded type industrial relations according to the four dimensions.
