摘要
现代职业教育体系是一个极其复杂、多元动态的系统,构建多元立交适应社会经济发展的现代职业教育体系已经成为我国职业教育改革和发展的重要战略任务。我们可以从复杂科学中的整体原理、自组织原理、协同原理以及开放和动态原理来探究现代职业教育体系,从目标系统、动力系统、保障系统、人才培养系统来构建现代职业教育体系。
Modem vocational education system is complex and dynamic. It is an important strategic task of our vocational education reform and development to construct the multicultural system of modem vocational education which adapts to the social and economic development. To explore the system of the modem vocational education from the overall principle, self-organizing principle, coordination principle, dynamic and open principle of complex science theory, and try to construct the system of modem vocational education from the target system, dynamical system, support system and personnel training system.
