摘要
由于研究生的扩招,研究生就业压力越来越大,探讨研究生就业取向,对于指导研究生就业具有重要意义。文章分析了新形势下研究生就业存在的问题,并针对新形势下研究生的就业形式及其取向,提出了应当采取的措施及其战略:(1)加强思想教育,规划研究生就业生涯规划意识,是研究生正确就业的基础与前提;(2)加强研究生的就业指导,健全研究生就业体系,是研究生正确就业的保障;(3)建立研究生就业信息网,可扩大研究生就业视野;(4)建立产学研一体化的就业链条,使高校的科研、教学与研究生就业紧密结合;(5)转变就业观念,鼓励研究生毕业到西部去。
The pressure of employment begins more serious the graduates enrollment increasing. So discussing the graduate employment orientation has an important significance for the guidance of graduate employment. The paper analyzed the problems of graduate employment in the new situation, according to employment forms and orientation for graduate under the new situation. Herein, We proposed several measures and strategies： （ 1 ） strengthen the ideological education, programming graduate employment career planning awareness, which are the basis and prerequisite for graduate correct employment; （2） strengthen the guidance of graduate employment and improve graduate employment system, which is a correct guarantee of graduate employment; （ 3 ） establish the information network of graduate employment, which can expand graduate employment horizons; （4）establish integrated ＂ production, marketing, research＂ employment chain, which forms close connection with the university＇s research, teaching and graduate employment; （5） change the concept of employment and encourage graduates to the west of china.
