摘要
目的通过调查某省117所基层和个体口腔诊所应对HIV感染的现状,分析其影响因素,以便针对性防范。方法采用自制问卷调查和现场抽样细菌检测。结果医护人员的基本素质偏低,对艾滋病相关知识的认知程度低,防范意识薄弱,职业暴露的风险性较大,基本设施不健全,管理落后,缺乏监督机制。结论基层和个体口腔诊所应对HIV传播的能力有限,要重点整改,使其在诊疗和消毒设施的配备、人员的专业素质和管理制度等方面能达到最大限度的遏制HIV传播的标准。
OBJECTIVE TO analyze the influencing factors and put forward the pertinent prevention through the in- vestigation of 117 grassroots and individual dental clinics coping with the current situation of the transmission of HIV in Hubei province. METHODS The data were collected by the self-made questionnaire and field sampling of bacteria detection. RESULTS The basic quality of medical personnel was low and their related knowledge of AIDS was limited, besides, their awareness of prevention was weak and their risk of occupational exposure was high; The infrastructure was not sound with poor management and lacking of supervision mechanism. CONCLUSION The ability of grassroots and individual dental clinics to cope with the transmission of HIV is limited, it is necessary to conduct rectify and reform. Through the reformation to make the clinics diagnosis and treatment and disinfection facilities, personnelrs professional quality and management system should be up to the standard to maximum curb the transmission of HIV.
