摘要
作者在英国格拉斯哥加利多尼亚大学内燃机试验室开发了一个微机控制图象化的数据采集与监控系统。该系统的发动机试验数据采集与运行控制程序利用虚拟技术将所有控制及测试参数集中分层显示在微机屏幕上,从而省去大量二次仪表。该系统还提供了一个用于发动机扭矩设定的自适调节模型,能自动调节控制电机以达到所设定的发动机负荷。所运用的这些方法,赋予发动机试验研究系统紧凑、有效和成本低的特点,使其得到了新的进展。
A computer based data acquisition and control system has been developed using virtual instrumentation technology, whose testing program can display both engine control and test data in various forms, thus largely saving traditional instruments and test time either. A self-adaptive auto-load setting model, specially designed for a dynamometer control, is also presented in this paper. With the application of all these methods, the PC computer control system calculated for engine experimental investigation has extended a considerable progress as shown by compactness, effectiveness and lower cost.
