摘要
目的探讨晚期甲状腺癌手术治疗的临床护理与病情观察的重要性。方法对13例晚期甲状腺癌手术患者进行术前术后护理及病情观察。结果 13例患者手术均恢复顺利。随访11例,其中死亡1例,为甲状腺乳头腺癌并甲状腺转移性腺癌患者;10例健在,生存6年、5年各1例,3年3例,2年4例,1年1例,检查未见复发或病灶扩大。结论完善和全面、精心的护理是晚期癌症手术治疗中不可缺少的一个重要治疗环节,必须针对每1例患者制定全方位个性化护理预案,术前、术后按照预案认真实施,细心、耐心的做好各项护理工作。必要的心理护理、周密的术前准备、术后密切的病情观察和正确护理,及时发现并发症,早发现早治疗,是术后患者顺利恢复的关键。
Objective To explore the importance of clinical nursing and illness observation after radical operation of late stage thyroid carcinoma. Methods 13 cases of late stage thyroid carcinoma received nursing and illness observation before and after operation. Results All of the 13cases recovered favourably, llcases were followed up. One patient died of papillary thyroid adenocarcinoma combined with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the thyroid .10 cases are alive up to now ,followed up for 6 years in 1 case, 5years in 1 case, 3years in 3 cases,2years in 4 cases and lyear in 1 case, without recurrance or lesion progression. Conclusion Perfect and entire nursing was an important and indispensable part for the therapy of late stage thyroid carcinoma .An entire and individual nursing plan should be set down in allusion to every patient and this plan should be brought into effect before and after operation. It was the key point for the Patient to recover that we gave them necessary mental nursing, thorough preoperative preparation, postoperative charyobservation, correct nursing, early detection and treatment of complication.
