摘要
丹299是1987年以热带种质PN78599为基础试材,采用大群体、涝性胁迫、早代测配和定向选择等技术,经过南北连续自交于1991年选育而成。多年试验表明,丹299具有高产、耐涝、抗逆性强、配合力高、发芽势强、保苗率高、米质好、生育期适中、适应性广等优点,是目前应用较广的自交系之一。
Dan299 is based on the tropical germplasm PN78599,using large groups,flooding Stress,early generation measured and directional selection technology,and obtained after continuous self-cross in 1991. After many-year experiments,the result showed that Dan299 had following advantages： high yield,water logging,strong resistance,high combining ability,high germination ratio and potential,good grain quality,suitable growth duration,and wide adaptability,etc. It is one of the widely used inbred lines.
