摘要 丹299是1987年以热带种质PN78599为基础试材,采用大群体、涝性胁迫、早代测配和定向选择等技术,经过南北连续自交于1991年选育而成。多年试验表明,丹299具有高产、耐涝、抗逆性强、配合力高、发芽势强、保苗率高、米质好、生育期适中、适应性广等优点,是目前应用较广的自交系之一。 Dan299 is based on the tropical germplasm PN78599,using large groups,flooding Stress,early generation measured and directional selection technology,and obtained after continuous self-cross in 1991. After many-year experiments,the result showed that Dan299 had following advantages: high yield,water logging,strong resistance,high combining ability,high germination ratio and potential,good grain quality,suitable growth duration,and wide adaptability,etc. It is one of the widely used inbred lines.
