摘要
目的 :测定国产溴莫普林 (BDP)片在人体内的药物动力学。方法 :18名健康志愿受试者 ,单剂量 po国产 BDP片 ,用反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆中药物浓度。结果 :BDP药物动力学参数分别为 :cmax=(4 .37± 0 .36 ) mg/L ,tmax=(3.3± 0 .3) h,T1 / 2α=(5 .5 4± 6 .2 4) h,T1 / 2β=(4 3.2± 8.4) h,Cl=(1.84± 0 .2 7) L/h,Vd=(82 .6± 14.8) L,AU C0→∞ =(198.89± 2 6 .91)h· m g/L。结论 :国产 BDP片主要药物动力学参数与国外文献报道相似。
AIM: To study the pharmacokinetics of brodimoprim (BDP). METHODS: A single oral dose of BDP tablet was given to 18 Chinese male volunteers. Plasma levels were determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP HPLC). RESULTS: The in vivo disposition of BDP fitted to a two compartment model. The pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: c max =(4 37±0 36) mg/L, t max =(3 3±0 3) h, T 1/2α =(5 54±6 24) h, T 1/2β =(43 2±8 4) h, Cl=(1 84±0 27) L/h, V d=(82 6±14 8) L, AUC 0→∞ =(198 89±26 91) h·mg/L, respectively. CONCLUSION: The pharmacokinetic parameters are similar to those reported in foreign journals.
