摘要
探讨双经三纬局部三层保暖织物的开发要点。保暖织物由两组经纱三组纬纱提花织造而成,甲经∶乙经=1∶1,甲纬∶乙纬∶丙纬=1∶1:∶1,甲经、甲纬、乙经和乙纬均采用Z捻JC 9.7 tex纱,丙纬采用27.8 tex Coolmax网络丝。运用特殊的花型设计与组织配合,针对产品特点优化织部工艺,最终生产出局部三层立体结构的保暖织物。经测试,保暖织物的保温率为45%,传热系数为20 W/(m2·℃),克罗值为0.253。其保暖性能明显优于普通的双层提花织物。
Key points in developing double-warp three-weft partial three-layer thermal fabric were discussed. The〉 mal fabric is produced by jacquard loom with two kinds of warp and three kinds of weft. Ratio of A warp to B warp is 1 : 1, ratio of A weft, B weft and C weft is 1 : 1 : 1. A warp, A weft, B warp and B weft are JC 9.7 tex yarn with Z twist. C weft is 27.8 tex Coolmax network filament. Special pattern design and fabric texture were used. According to property of the product ,weaving processing was optimized. Finally partial three-layer thermal fabric can be produced successfully. Through test, warmth rate of the thermal fabric is 45% , the heat transfer coefficient is 20 W/( m2 ·℃ ), the CLO value is 0. 253. The fabric warmth retention is better than that of common double layers jacquard fabric obviously.
