摘要
30年的教育发展,完成了教育改革的阶段性任务,同时也经历了应试教育与素质教育的转变和博弈的过程。30年的教育改革在观念和制度上虽然有许多尝试和努力,但没有消除应试教育的影响,素质教育推进仍然困难。新一轮的教育改革应在加强素质教育的基础上注重个性发展的教育,保证每一个学生的机会均等和个性发展,为不同学生提供多样性发展的通道。
The 30years of education reform in China has,by far,completed the transformation from exam-oriented to quality-based education.However,more efforts remain to be done to remove the institutional impacts of the exam-oriented education.With further development of the individuality-oriented education reform,each and every student may acquire equal opportunity of the diversified development.
