摘要
介绍了高纯铝提纯方法的发展现状,详细介绍了偏析法提纯原理。试验中通过控制温度和拉晶速度两影响因素对上引法制备高纯铝的工艺进行了探索性研究,同时对试验中遇到的问题提出了解决方案。试验结果表明:在温度较低(高于铝熔点)并且拉晶速度较慢时,提纯效果良好,并得出了较好的试验工艺参数。
The development status of purification of high purity aluminum,description of the principle of segregation purifie were introduced. In the experiment ,two influencing factors for the method by controlling the temperature and pulling speed exploratory were studied. At the same time,the solutions to the problems in the expriment were put forward. The results show that:when the temperature is lower(higher than the melting point of aluminum)and the pulling speed is slower,the result is better,and a better process parameters were gained in this experiment.
