摘要
研究生是医学领域的生力军,导师做好带教工作,将入门学生培养成医德高尚,科研与临床素质兼备的高级人才,是时代的基本要求,也是医学事业发展的长远大计和重中之重。笔者结合自己当年就读研究生及目前参与指导研究生的经历,对神经科研究生的临床科研道德及能力培养进行了探讨。
Postgraduate is a new force in medical field. As a graduate supervisor, training a student to become one own noble morality, excellent clinical and scientific research ability is not only a basic re- quirement of the times, but important for the development of clinical medicine. The thesis elaborated on the point how supervisors training the postgraduate to improve their clinical scientific research abil- ity in various perspective.
