摘要
通过列举1970年以来世界各国地铁在运营中发生的重特大灾害事故案例,并对事故产生的原因加以分析综述,归纳出地铁火灾具有人员疏散难、高温毒气重、救援难度大的特点。结合沈阳地铁现状有针对性的提出了沈阳地铁如何建立灾害事故抢险救援体系,并对公安消防部队具体灭火应急救援行动要求做出了详细阐述,对未来沈阳地铁灾害事故的处置提出了新的思路。
By citing the cases of serious metro fire accidents throughout the world since 1970, this article an- alyzes the causes of metro disasters, and summarizes characteristics in metro fire, such as difficulties in evac- uation ,high temperatures and heavy poisonous gases, and difficulties in rescue. Considering the current con- dition of Shenyang Metro, we propose how to establish the emergency and rescue system, and put forward new ways and measures on how to carry out specific rescues.
