摘要
根据 L ang- kobayashi带光反馈的半导体激光器模型 ,从理论上推导出其稳定条件 .数学模拟表明 ,对于动态单模半导体激光器 ,少量的外光反馈也会改变激光器的输出模式 ,随着反馈量的增加 ,激光器的振荡模式亦增加 ,并始终为 (2 n+1 )
In this paper,there are based on the model of the rate equation of semiconductor laser with external cavity optical feedback by Lang Kobayashi,the stability condition are derived from theory.For dynamics single mode semiconductor laser,small optical feedback can change the output mode of semiconductor laser.With feedback strength increasing,the output modes are also increased until it induces chaos.
