摘要
用赫兹理论和弹性力学的公式对轮轨接触应力进行了详细的计算,给出了我国电力机车、内燃机车、客车和货车车轮的标准型踏面和不同磨耗半径的磨耗形踏面与标准型钢轨接触时的轮轨表面接触应力、轮轨内部剪切应力、车轮轮缘根部接触应力的数值解,并研究了影响轮轨接触应力的各种因素,本文还用光测力学的方法对轮轨动态接触应力进行了研究。这些成果对于研究轮轨接触强度,分析轮轨踏面的剥离、轮轨磨耗以及轮轨型面的优化都提供了理论依据。
According to the formula of Hertz theory and elastic mechanics, this paper calculated the contact stress of wheel - rail in detail, provided the numerical solution of wheel - rail contact stress on the surface, inner shearing stress of the wheel - rail, and contact stress of the wheel flange root area. All those stresses were produced when standard rail contacts with wear wheel tread with different radius respectively, and with standard wheel tread of locomotive (electric and diesel) and vehicle (passenger and wagon) wheel. Kinds of factors that affected the contact stress of wheel - rail and dynamic contact stress of wheel ?rail were studied with the method of photomeasure mechanics in this paper. Those achievements provide theory basis for the studies of wheel - rail contact strength, the analysis of shelled wheel tread and rail surface, the analysis of wheel - rail wear and the profile type optimum of the wheel - rail.
