摘要
从产业、财政、金融现状对福建省休闲农业发展的现状及存在问题进行了分析,提出要加快福建省休闲农业的发展应从加快制定专门的休闲农业政策法规,完善支持休闲农业发展的专项财税政策,建立健全独立的休闲农业金融体系,加快推进休闲农业开发的用地制度设计等政策改革与制度创新。
The industrial situation, financial and monetary status of recreation agriculture in Fujian province was analyzed to diagnose its status quo and problems. We proposed that reforming policies and institutional innovation would be necessary for speeding up the development of recreation agrieuhure in Fujian province, such as accelerating the formulation of specialized policies, perfecting the special taxation policies and establishing an independent sound financial system of recreation agriculture, and accelerating the land system design of the recreation agriculture development.
