摘要
目的探讨转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)对体外培养的人角膜基质细胞增殖的影响。方法体外培养的传2～3代人角膜基质细胞,分别加入0.01,0.1,1,5ng/ml的TGF-β,采用MTT法研究TGF-β对人角膜基质细胞增殖的影响。结果TGF-β以剂量依赖方式促进人角膜基质细胞增殖,其作用在第2天达到高峰。结论TGF-β能明显促进人角膜基质细胞增殖,因而可能成为促进角膜溃疡愈合的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the effects of transforming growth factor β(TGF-β) on human corneal fibroblasts proliferation in vitro.Methods Early passage (second third passage) human corneal fibroblasts were used.The effects of TGF β(0.01ng/ml to 5ng/ml) on human corneal fibroblasts proliferation at different time point were measured using MTT methods.Results TGF-β produced a dose dependent increase in the prolifera tion of human corneal fibroblasts. The effect reached the highest point at 2 d.Conclusion TGF-β can stimulate human corneal fibroblast proliferation.It may be a new way to treat corn eal ulcer.
