摘要
双进给珩磨头,可保证工件一次安装后完成粗、精两道珩磨工序提高加工精度。而采用非接触式气动测量,使珩磨头在加工中实现自动测量,避免了接触式测头对工件的划伤及测头的磨损,同时又减小了机床振动、热变形等对测量精度的影响。因此,双进给珩磨头的灵敏度对加工质量的影响非常大。通过ANSYS软件建模对不同结构参数的珩磨头进行实际加工应用实验,力学分析及灵敏度分析以便简化计算的结果,从而得出影响双进给珩磨头刚度的关键因素,得到结构参数对加工质量影响的规律。
The double feed honing head,can ensure the workpiece installation once after completion of coarse,fine two honing process to improve the machining precision.And using non-contact pneumatic measuring,makes honing head realize automatic measurement in the process,to avoid the contact probe scratch of workpiece and the wear and tear of probe,at the same time reducing the machine tool vibration,the influence of thermal deformation on measuring precision.Therefore,the sensitivity of double feed honing head's influence on the processing quality is very great.Through the ANSYS software modeling for different structure parameters of the honing head for actual application processing experiment,mechanics analysis and sensitivity analysis is carries on in order to simplify the calculation,getting the results that the effect of dual feed honing head stiffness is the key factor,and the influence of structure parameters on processing quality.
