摘要
本文介绍和评述了各种光导纤维光谱仪及其主要光学构件、如光源、光偶合器、光导纤维、光检测器等。同时还综合介绍了光导纤维化学传感器和生物传感器主要部件的传感层结构及其制作方法。
Increasing use is being made of fiber optical chemical sensors as a quantitative analytical tool. The theory .design and configurations of extrinsic and intrinsic sensor,recent developments in methods, and application to the determination of inorganic and organic chemicals are discussed , with 105 references cited.
