摘要
中国共产党在改革开放后,特别是党的十六大以来,提出并践行科学人才观,逐渐形成了一系列科学的人才理念。科学的人才管理理念、科学的人才定位理念、科学的人才工作理念、科学的人才开发理念和科学的人才发展理念已经成为中国共产党执政兴国理念体系的核心。科学的人才理念推动了中国特色社会主义伟大事业健康发展。
After the reform and opening up, especially since the party＇s 16th National Congress, the Chinese Communist Party proposes and practices the scientific concept of scientific talents, and gradually formed a series of scientific concept of talents. Scientif- ic talent management philosophy, scientific talent positioning philosophy, scientific talent development philosophy, and scientific talent development concept have become the core concept of the Chinese Communist Party in governing and rejuvenating the country. The pro- motion of the scientific concept of talent has pfomteded socialism with Chinese characteristics to develope healthily.
