摘要
学术资本主义是一种致力于科学研究商业化,寻求科技成果的经济效益,以市场价值为导向的知识生产与转化方式的理念,在这种理念下高校科技成果转化将会日常化、常规化。高校技术经纪人在科技成果转移、转化过程中承担着越来越多的工作,势必成为其中重要的组成部分。重视和加快高校技术经纪人的队伍建设,提高他们的地位和待遇,培养出一支高素质、职业化的技术经纪人队伍,是现代大学技术转移中重要且迫切的一项工作。
Academic capitalism is a commitment to scientific research commercialization, and to seek the economic benefits of scientific and technological achievements, the concept of market value- oriented knowledge production and transformation. The university technology transfer will be the daily routine under this concept. The university technology brokers will bear more and more work and be bound to become one of the important part of the university technology transfer process. It is an important and urgent work of a modem university for the technology transfer that valuing and speeding up the ranks of university technology bro- ker, impmvlng their status and salary, cultivating more and more high - quality, professional brokers.
