摘要
以非稳态酶动力学的布尔函数图形方法 [1 ] ,来研究一类二酶系统非竞争性抑制的非稳态动力学 ,推导出此类反应的非稳态酶动力学方程 ,并对此动力学方程进行了讨论 ,分析了这类二酶系统非竞争性抑制的非稳态动力学过程。
The Boolen function graphic analysis applicable in the non\|steady state enzyme kinetics has been applied to the analysis of non\|steady state enzyme kinetics of noncompetitive inhibition of two\|enzyme system. The rate equation of this two\|enzyme enzyme\|catalysed reaction system has been discussed.
