摘要
乡村经济精英是一个先富起来并在乡村具有一定影响力的群体。现实中基于多种原因,在乡村政治领域还存在着经济精英浅层介入的现象。这一现象会对其他政治参与群体具有消极的示范性影响,进而会带来参与优势资源的流失及乡村政治合法性基础的弱化。之所以造成这一现象,既有乡村经济精英自身综合文化素养不高、缺乏政治兴趣、囿于个人"城镇化"目的等内在的原因,也受到乡村政治乱象、乡村舆论特点和政府态度消极等外在因素的影响。因此,深化乡村经济精英介入乡村政治的层次是当务之急。
The rural economic elites, as a social class who have got richer earlier and show considerable influential power in the rural area, are involved in rural polities in a superficial way due to multiple reasons. This phenomenon will exert negative demonstrative effect on other groups in political participation, and will result in the loss of advantageous resources and the under- mined political legitimacy in rural areas. The causes for such phenomenon include the lower level of education of this class, their lack of interest in politics, and other internal causes such as individual purpose for urbanization, as well as political chaos in ru- ral areas, influence of rural public opinions, and other external factors such as the negative government attitude.
