人文关怀护理在儿科新护士岗前培训中的实践 被引量:20

摘要 目的探索新护士岗前培训中人文关怀教育的培养模式,提高新护士人文关怀能力,提高护理质量及患者满意度。方法对31名接受岗前培训的新护士,通过开展人文关怀查房、人文关怀故事分享会、担任病房爱心学校志愿者等人文关怀护理实践活动对其进行人文关怀能力的培养。结果将人文关怀护理融入岗前培训后,新护士人文关怀能力及患儿家属对护理满意度显著提高(均P<0.05)。结论对新护士进行人文关怀能力的培养,有利于提高其人文关怀能力及患儿家属满意度。 Objective To explore strategies for training novice nurses in humanistic caring skills during pre-job training,and to promote nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Methods Thirty-one novice nurses received pre-job training in which their humanistic caring ability was cultivated through providing caring based nursing rounds and story sharing discussions,and through volunteer service in the hospital leukemia children schooling program.Results Nurses' caring ability and patient satisfaction with nursing service were significantly improved after the training (P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Integrating caring into pre-job training can cultivate novice nurses' caring ability and promote patient satisfaction.
